PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide shoe 1 capable of improving space efficiency of the guide shoe 1 and the surrounding and improving a maintenance environment without splashing oil owing to an oilless structure. SOLUTION: This guide shoe 1 guides moving of a mobile body such as a car of an elevator by sliding with a guide rail provided on a moving passage. The guide shoe 1 has an auxiliary material integrated to a shoe 4 sliding with the guide rail and made of a material capable of adhering rubber. By adhering vibration-proof rubber 5 to the auxiliary material, a low sliding material difficult to adhere rubber and having a small coefficient of friction can be utilized as the material of the shoe 4. The auxiliary material is buried within thickness parts of the shoe 4 and is exposed to the surface in a window part provided on an external surface of the shoe 4.
