PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt stopper capable of easily rapidly achieving a fixing operation by an easy construction. SOLUTION: The belt stopper 11 comprises a holder member 14 which is formed by integrally forming two guide plates 16 and 17 facing each other spaced apart via a belt 13 in the widthwise direction of the belt 13 and fixing plates 18 and 19 arranged between the two guide plates 16 and 17, and a U-shaped belt winding member 15 formed in an approximately U-shaped integral body of two approximately-parallelly-arranged winding bars 31 and 32 and a connecting bar 33 connecting one end of the winding bar 31 and one end of the winding bar 32 and removably mounted in the guide plates 16 and 17.
