PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an envelope for home delivery service, of which the handling is easy, and of which the delivery management is possible as well. SOLUTION: This envelope 1 for home delivery service is constituted in such a manner that three peripheral edges of an envelope upper paper 2 and an envelope lower paper are sealed, and one edge is separably bonded to form an enclosing-sealing part to form an envelope 6. On the front exposed surface of the envelope 6, a pasting form 7, a delivery form 8 which works as a receipt form as well, and a customer's copy form 9 are provided in such a manner that the forms are not superposed, and the delivery form 8 and the customer's copy form 9 are be separable. In this case, the pasting form 7 has an addressee entering column 18 in which addressee information is entered, and an addresser entering column 19 in which addresser information is entered. Then, on respective front exposed surfaces of the pasting form 7, the delivery form 8 and the customer's copy form 9, bar code displays 20, 24 and 25 by which delivery information can be mechanically read are applied.
