PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a noise variation associated with the change of the rotation number of a compressor in a cabin hard to be noticed by passengers. SOLUTION: A control device 43 controls the operation of a motor fan 207 according to signals from a vehicle speed sensor, an air-conditioning switch, a pressure sensor 205 and a water temperature sensor 204. At the same time, the control device 43 controls the rotation number of a compressor 31 according to a difference between a target blow-out temperature and a blow-out temperature, the variation rate of the external air temperature or the vehicle speed, and the operation of the motor fan 207. The variation of the compressor rotation number is synchronized with the variation of the motor fan rotation number, and a noise variation in the cabin associated with the variation of the rotation number of the compressor 31 can be made hard to be noticed by passengers.
