<p>The endless conveyor belt (10) runs over at least two guide pulleys (13, 14) and is fitted with a cleaning device which has an endless rotary driven scraper belt (15) which runs inclined to the conveyor belt and on contact with the belt is driven at a faster speed than same. The scraper belt is associated with a guide drum (11) for the conveyor belt and/or a slide shoe which deflects the lower side of the belt. The scraper belt is inclined to the horizontal about a relatively small acute angle so that the outer edge of the scraper belt away from the conveyor belt is higher than the inner side edge.</p> |
