SYSTEM FOR MANAGING TANNING PROCESS AND MATERIALS USING RFID

PURPOSE: A system for managing a tanning process and materials using an RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) is provided to efficiently manage the process and to enhance a process technology by applying the RFID and an LON(Local Operating Network) using the power line communication to a present tanning process management system. CONSTITUTION: An RFID transponder(2) is installed to a hide cart(3) loading the entered raw hide by separating into a constant quantity. An RFID reader(7) reads the information of the RFID transponder in the cart and performs the power line communication. A power line communication network(200) forms a communication network with each process through the power line via each power line communication LON module. An LON gateway(9) connects the power line communication LON module with a tanning process management server(10) through the power line. The tanning process management server and a database(300) manages the tanning process information of each tanning process transmitted through the LON gateway.
