PRESTRESSED CONCRETE BEAM BRIDGE CONTINUED BY GUSSET PLATE AND THE CONTINUATION METHOD FOR END THEREOF

PURPOSE: A prestressed concrete beam bridge continued by a gusset plate is provided to keep the continuation of a PCS beam bridge firmly and to improve safety on installation for a bridge. CONSTITUTION: The prestressed concrete beam bridge continued by a gusset plate comprises the steps of: forming many anchor holes(12) on the upper or lower side of both prestressed concrete beam(1) to be retreated; interposing many anchor members(21,31) attached to gusset plates(20,30) made of metallic materials to the anchor holes(12); coupling the gusset plates(20,30) to the end of the prestressed concrete beam(1) by placing filler(14) to the anchor holes(12), then hardening to fix the anchor members(21,31) to the anchor holes(12) firmly while the anchor members(21,31) are interposed to the anchor holes(12); and placing concrete(16) between both prestressed concrete beam(1) to connect both prestressed concrete beams(1) in one to be continued.
