PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking member for assembling bicycle components to firmly fix a component mounting part, such as disc brake rotor, to a bicycle mounting member, such as a rotor mounting member for a bicycle hub. SOLUTION: A front disc brake assembly 12 is provided with a rotor mounting member 68; a disc brake rotor 32; a locking member 38; and two fasteners 36. The locking member 38 includes a first mounting part 42a; a second mounting part 46b; and a connection part 44. The first mounting part 42 has a first contact surfaced 46a, and a first engaging surface 48a on which friction processing is applied, and a first hole 50a is formed therein. The second mounting part 42b has a second contact surface 46b and a second engaging surface 48b on which friction processing is applied, and a second hole 50b is formed therein.
