PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display device which matches the direction of image information displayed on a picture with a peripheral condition seen by a user whichever direction it is turned to. SOLUTION: An information display device A is constituted of a display part 1 for displaying a layout chart of illuminators arranged on a ceiling of a building, on a display picture, an initial direction detection part 3 for detecting an initial value of a direction which a terminal device main body is turned to at the time of start, on the basis of an output of a magnetic sensor 2, a direction variation detection part 5 for detecting a variation of the direction which the terminal device main body is turned to, on the basis of the output of the magnetic sensor 4, a direction analysis part 6 for obtaining the direction which the terminal device main body is turned at present, on the basis of the initial value of the direction detected by the initial direction detection part 3 and the variation of the direction detected by the direction variation detection part 5, and an image rotation control part 8 for rotating image information to be displayed on the display picture on the basis of the direction obtained in the direction analysis part 6 so that the peripheral condition seen by the user having the terminal device main body and display on the display picture may be congruent.
