PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems wherein noises grow larger due to leakage of the noises from a chamber to another chamber through a pipe penetration part, in a conventional sound-proof engine generator having a generator casing partitioned into a plurality of chambers and provided with a fuel supply pipe of a fuel tank penetrating from the one chamber to the other chamber, and a good sealing performance for the whole engine generator cannot be obtained although a rubber member for sealing is interposed between a through hole in a partition plate and the oil supply pipe penetrating the plate. SOLUTION: The sound-proof engine generator 1 has the interior of the generator casing partitioned into a plurality of the chambers A and B by the partition plate such as a lower bulkhead 18c, and the oil supply pipe 19 of the fuel tank 13 accommodated in the chamber A is laid to penetrate the lower bulkhead 18c and extend from the chamber A to the chamber B. The fuel supply pipe 19 in the chamber B is covered with a cover member such as a fuel supply pipe cover 51 so that a space around the pipe 19 in the chamber B is separated from the other space by the cover member.
