PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaner composition exhibiting high removing ability for oily stains as a cleanser for brake devices and never affecting materials constituting the brake devices. SOLUTION: The cleanser composition comprises 35-90 wt.% of a saturated chain hydrocarbon-based solvent, 5-60 wt.% of a propylene glycol alkyl ether, and 0-5 wt.% of a propylene glycol alkyl ether acetate and/or 0-25 wt.% of an alcohol ester.
