PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stacking state and a nesting state without reducing the internal dimensions and the effective internal dimensions of a container so much, and in addition, to easily and quickly separate a label not only from the upper end side but also from the lower end side as well even when the label having a comparatively large area is pasted on the label pasting part. SOLUTION: This container can be stacked either under a nesting state or a stacking state by changing the direction, and is equipped with a label pasting part 32 on which a label 30 is pasted on the side wall external surface. In this case, the label pasting part 32 has a group 34 of uneven parts which extends in the vertical direction to an almost total length in the height direction of the container. At the same time, the container is constituted in such a manner that an upper gap part 40 which opens upward and a lower gap part 42 which opens downward are formed between the container and the label 30 when the label 30 having a size extending to an almost whole area of the group 34 of the uneven parts is pasted.
