PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer apparatus in a filling and sealing machine for a resinous tube, in which a transfer fixture for holding and transfering the resinous tube is made general-purpose so as to be applicable to resinous tubes having different sizes, thereby decreasing the cost of the transfer apparatus. SOLUTION: The transfer apparatus 32 in a filling and sealing machine for a resinous tube is composed of a transfer fixture 22 for detachably holding the resinous tube 1, a transfer fixture receiving base 2 for detachably holding the transfer fixture 22, and a transfer means for transfering the transfer fixture receiving base 2. The transfer fixture 22 is constituted by being divided into two i.e., a holding member 23 for holding the resinous tube 1 and a transfer fixture main body 24 for detachably mounting the holding member 23.
