PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a receiver check the display content of a post card of a multiple face display, which can transmit multiple information to the addressee by expanding the display faces, with an interest by the uniqueness in the structure, and thus, to effectively display the effects of a multiple communication by the multiple face display. SOLUTION: Two sheets of leaf papers 3 and 4 having the size of a post card have a display section wherein on both surfaces, characters and pictures A to N are displayed, and at the same time, cutting lines 7 and 8 are applied, and folding parts 9 to 12 are provided. Then, certain parts 13 and 14 of the leaf papers 3 and 4 are inseparably bonded, and at the same time, remaining parts 15 and 16 are temporarily bonded with a peelable adhesive, and the leaf papers 3 and 4 are pasted to each other. Thus, a folding back multiple surface display element, wherein when the temporarily bonded parts 15 and 16 are separated by cutting the leaf papers 3 and 4 at the cutting lines 7 and 8, the characters and pictures on the display part are combined in order by repeating an operation to partially fold the leaf papers 3 and 4 at the folding parts 9 to 12, and are switch-displayed, is formed.
