<p>PURPOSE: Provided is a hanging bio contactor (HBC) which is not easily tangled and twisted and is stable and easily installed at low cost in a wastewater treatment system. CONSTITUTION: The HBC(1) comprises a plurality of strip-type contact members(11), an upper frame(12) for fixing both ends of the contact members(11), a bar(13) provided in the middle portion of the contact member(11), for giving tension to the contact members(11) downward, a weight(14) for applying weight to the bar(13) downward. The apparatus comprises a pair of supporting bars installed under water to be treated, a plurality of contactor fixing bars supported by the supporting bars at both ends thereof, a plurality of the contactor supported by the contactor fixing bars, a plurality of intermediate bars for adjusting distance between contactors, and an intermediate support vertically installed between the contactor for auxiliary supporting weight of the contactor fixing bars.</p> |
