PURPOSE: A connecting device of concrete structures for a waterway of an agricultural aqueduct and water-purifying plant collector wells and a construction method thereof are provided to prevent damage of a connection state by constituting connecting members capable of properly corresponding to conditions caused by seasonal factors. CONSTITUTION: A connecting device of concrete structures for a waterway of an agricultural aqueduct and water-purifying plant collector wells comprises vertical body parts(10) grounded between concrete unit structures; horizontal body parts(30) vertically formed on a side of the middle parts of the vertical body parts; and level control fixing bolts controlling and fixing a variable connecting part(1), on the horizontal body part, to make the variable connecting part level with the upper face portions of the concrete unit structures. The upper side of the vertical body part is connected to the variable connecting part.
