<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double row cone roller bearing with an aligning ring in which the bearing is freely assembled to a housing without being bound by a load range of a radial load, and at the same time, and costs are reduced. <P>SOLUTION: The double row cone roller bearing with the aligning ring is so constituted that the outer peripheral face 11b of an outer ring 11 of the double row cone roller bearing 10 is formed to be the spherical convex face, and at the same time, the inner peripheral face 20a of the aligning ring 20 arranged outside the outer ring 11 is formed to be the spherical recessed face corresponding to the spherical convex face, and the outer peripheral face 11b of the outer ring 11 and the inner peripheral face 20a of the aligning ring 20 are fitted so as to make free the relative oscillation displacement of the aligning ring 20 and the outer ring 11. The aligning ring 20 is divided into two at the central part in its axial line direction along the plane perpendicular to the axial line by corresponding to each row of the double row tapered roller bearing 10.
