<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehumidifying dryer which simultaneously ventilates multiple rooms with a sufficient ventilating quantity. <P>SOLUTION: This dehumidifying dryer has: a refrigeration cycle comprising an evaporator, a condenser and a compressor; an air circulating device for sucking the air in an indoor room and circulating to the indoor room; a ventilation device for sucking the air in the indoor room and discharging it to outdoors; a control device for controlling the ventilation device, the air circulating device and the refrigeration cycle; and an operation part for transmitting an operation signal to the control device. The ventilation device simultaneously and independently ventilates one or a plurality of rooms other than the indoor room.
