PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-reliability magnetic encoder which facilitates handling works to improve its rotation detection accuracy. SOLUTION: A first annular member 2 has a rubber member 3. A radial part 2b is provided on a surface of a radial part of the member 2 at a fluid A to be not sealed, and contacted to adjacent ends of the encoder body when a magnetic encoder body is coaxially laid.
