PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover condensate without adversely affecting a boiler and the like. SOLUTION: A condensate supply method in a boiler system 1 comprising: the boiler 2 for heating feedwater to generate steam; a water supply part 3 for supplying feedwater to the boiler 2; a steam supply part 5 for supplying steam generated in the boiler 2 to load equipment 4; and a condensate supply part 6 for supplying steam used in the load equipment 4 to the water supply part 3 as condensate, includes a water quality determination step of determining the water quality of condensate condensed in the condensate supply part 6, and a supply determination step of determining whether to supply condensate in the condensate supply part 6 to the water supply part 3 according to the determination result by the water quality determination step.
