摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for industrially suitably producing zinc acetyl acetonate monohydrate, by which the zinc acetyl acetonate monohydrate useful as a suitable raw material on the production of zinc oxide or a composite zinc oxide by a CVD method, or the like, is produced as a highly functional material for electronic materials, magnetic materials, optical materials, and the like, wherein the monohydrate exhibits stable sublimation behaviors on heating because of not containing an anhydride. SOLUTION: This method for producing the zinc acetylacetonate monohydrate comprises drying zinc acetylacetonate monohydrate at≤35°C without using a solvent as a raw material. Thereby, high purity zinc acetyl acetonate monohydrate exhibiting stable sublimation behaviors on heating is industrially produced, while preventing the production of an anhydride due to the release of crystal water.
