A hydraulic binder is made up essentially of a homogenous mixture of: (a) a first hydraulic binder with a pouzzolanic character; (b) a second sulfate binder with a soluble anhydrite III base of calcium sulfate with the formula CaSO4 epsilon H2O, where epsilon = 0-0.5, preferably 0.06-0.11, obtained by the heat treatment of gypsum. The pouzzolanic binder may be blast furnace slag or fly ash from the combustion of coal or natural pouzzolanes. An Independent claim is also included for a material obtained by the humidification of this hydraulic binder. |
