PURPOSE: An air filter is provided, which can be recycled and prevents environmental pollution due to disuse of the air filter by adopting a thermoplastic material as a material for forming filter member and flange. CONSTITUTION: The air filter is characterized in that a rectangular sheet having good air permeability is formed as a corrugated filter member(10a) that is folded in a zigzag shape, both side surface butt ends(16) that are a corrugated part of the filter member(10a) as well as flange(14a) in which four surfaces including the both side surface butt ends(16) are flatly extended are formed of a soft equal material, wherein the both side surface butt ends(16) and flange(14a) are formed of elastomer, that is a material which is an elastic body and injection moldable, and in which plastic is used as a base material, wherein the elastomer is formed of a recyclable thermoplastic material, and wherein the filter member(10a) is formed of a recyclable thermoplastic material.
