FABRICATING APPARATUS OF LUNCH BOX WHOSE WIDTH AND LENGTH ARE VARIABLY ADJUSTED

PURPOSE: A fabricating apparatus of lunch box whose width and length are variably adjusted is provided to improve fabrication productivity of the lunch box by smoothly performing fabrication of various shaped lunch boxes for packing strip sheet in single apparatus. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for fabricating a base sheet into lunch box so that strip sheet pack is packed into the lunch box, the fabricating apparatus of lunch box whose width and length are variably adjusted comprises a moving base(10) arranged in such a way that the moving base(10) is vertically moved at the upper side of the apparatus; a pair of upper blocks(30) comprising subsidiary blocks which are installed at the bottom side of the base(10) in such a way that a gap between the subsidiary blocks is adjusted, and which support the base sheet when bending an edge of the base sheet; main blocks installed at the lower side of the upper blocks(30) and cooperated with the upper blocks(30) to fix an edge of the base sheet oppositely directed to one side of the base sheet; lower blocks which are installed at the side part of the main blocks in such a way that a gap between the lower blocks is adjusted, and which fix an edge of the base sheet oppositely directed to the other side of the base sheet; and first and second bending plates(90a,90b) connected to the main blocks and lower blocks to bend the respective edges of the base sheet so that the base sheet is fabricated into the lunch box.
