<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double fan type cooler having a low-noise and small-sized pressure ventilating blades arranged on intake side and blow off side for cooling of a low-temperature working chamber, refrigerator or freezer. <P>SOLUTION: The air in the working chamber, refrigerator or freezer is transmitted from the intake side of a cooler body 1 to a heat-exchanger 2 through a cooling fan 4. The sent air is cooled by the contact with a plate fin 3, sent to a blow-off duct 7 by a blowing fan 5, and blown into the working chamber, refrigerator or freezer. The air may be directly sent to the working chamber, refrigerator or freezer by a blowing fan 5.
