<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coreless coil and its manufacturing method capable of taking out each wire by decreasing generation of a loop-form entanglement part in the wire on the way of taking out the wire at the time of using the coreless coil and of enhancing the rate of operation of the facility which uses coreless coil. <P>SOLUTION: The coreless coil includes a coil laminate 14 formed by winding the wire A in a coil shape and having a tapered hole 14a, etc., in the center and is structured so that the wire A can be taken out from outside the coil laminate 10, wherein the remaining curvature obtained when a residual strain of a one-turn winding loop of the wire A in any winding layer of the coil laminate 14 is relieved is set greater than the winding curvature when the wire A is wound round in a coil shape. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
