PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immuno-measurement reagent which is a reagent to be used for an immuno-measurement test method utilizing an antigen-antibody reaction between a specimen and an antigen (or an antibody) immobilized on latex particles, hardly generating desorption of the antigen (or the antibody) sensitized to the latex particles or deactivation caused by a conformation change or the like, and having high sensitivity and excellent preservation stability. SOLUTION: This immuno-measurement reagent comprises a buffer solution prepared by suspending the antigen (or the antibody) against a measuring material and the latex particles to which an immunologically inactive protein is bonded through an amide bond.
