PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated type heat exchanger minimizing a non-flow passage part to increase heat exchange efficiency and reducing manufacturing cost and having a compact and simple configuration. SOLUTION: A second heat exchanger 5 of laminated type is constituted by laminating a plurality of flow passage forming bodies 10 and a plurality of external fins 12 alternately. Each flow passage forming body 10 of the second heat exchanger 5 has a pair of plate members 20, 21 forming a flow passage 10a inside it and an inner fin 31 provided fixedly in the flow passage 10a between a pair of plate members 20 and 21. The inner fin 30 has a beltlike partition wall 31 for partitioning a part between a flow passage 41 and a flow passage 42 adjacent to the flow passage 41.
