PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the vibration of a lip portion due to wind pressure by improving the stability of the lip portion in contact with a side panel. SOLUTION: The lip portion 18 in contact with the side panel 13 is formed into a sectionally hollow shape and its outer periphery is formed into a sectionally arcuate shape. A sectionally arcuate step portion 19 is formed at a portion of the side panel 13 where the lip portion 18 is in contact therewith.
