PURPOSE: A data roaming method in a mobile communication network and an apparatus therefor are provided to judge whether it is possible to receive a data service of a self network by a network ID in a system parameter message and receive the data service from a previously negotiated other network system. CONSTITUTION: The first mobile communication terminal receives a data service request signal from the outside(S300), and checks a network ID in a system parameter message received from the first mobile communication system(S302). The first mobile communication terminal judges whether it is possible to receive a data service by the network ID(S304). If it is impossible to receive the data service, the first mobile communication terminal transmits the data service request signal to the second mobile communication system by previously stored information(S306). The first mobile communication terminal receives the data service from the second mobile communication system according as the second mobile communication system performs user authentication by the service request signal(S308).
