PURPOSE: A system and a method for preventing the document forgery and alteration using a color density are provided to prevent the forgery/alteration of an online document by a document certification mark using the color density as linking with a document issuance system. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a document issuance reception module(210), a document image scan module(220), a fingerprint recognition request module(230), a document certification information generating module(240), a document information printing module(250), a document information storing module(260), an online document certification module(270), and a document issuance information database(DB1). The document certification information generating module generates the document certification information by using the image information of the document. The document information printing module prints the document issuance information, the body of the document, and the document certification information on a fixed paper.
