PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformize the front wind speed distribution of a heater core 13 even if a vehicular air conditioner has such a constitution that a seal wall face 18 which rises upward from the lower part of the heater core 13 is arranged on the upstream side of the air flow of the heater core 13. SOLUTION: A cool air bypass channel 15 is provided on the upper side of the heater core 13, an air mix door 16 is made to be rotatable around a rotary shaft 16a near the heater core 13 upper part. At a maximum cooling time when an inlet air flow passage 17 is fully closed by the air mix door 16, the tip of the air mix door 16 is made to abut on the upper end of the seal wall face 18. Furthermore, an air guide plate 19 which guides air flowing through the inlet air flow passage 17 from the upper part of the heater core 13 to the lower side is disposed at the inlet air flow passage 17.
