PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate composed of a composite material of carbon fiber cloths and the intermediate sheets which enables remarkable reduction in cost while controlling the deterioration of rigidity to a minimum. SOLUTION: When a plate 1 is curved, a carbon black fiber cloth 3a is subject to tensile force and the carbon fiber cloth 3b is subject to compressive force. A nylon fiber cloth 5 is hardly subject to any of the tensile force and compressive force. The plate 1 exhibits large rigidity by the carbon fiber cloths 3a and 3b. The nylon fiber cloth 5 is hardly subject to any of the tensile force and compressive force, and the strength and weakness of the nylon fiber cloth 5 against the tensile strength and the compressive force do not affect the rigidity of the plate 1, and the plate 1 only reduces the rigidity by about 10% according to the experimental value compared to the use of a carbon fiber cloth instead of the nylon cloth 5. The carbon fiber cloth accounts for≥90% total material cost, and the cost of the nylon cloth is≤1/10 cost of the carbon fiber cloth, and thus the cost of the plate 1 can be restrained by≥30%.
