PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a sheet having uniformly dispersed hollow beads, wherein the sheet being excellent in airtightness, water proofing property, dust proofing property and cushioning performance when used in an electronic part, and having a good compression permanent set even in a thinner one, and to provide a sheet having uniformly dispersed hollow beads manufactured by the method. SOLUTION: The invention is characterized by forming a sheet-like polycondensate having uniformly dispersed and blended hollow beads by dispersing and blending the hollow beads in monomers and/or a curing agent, spreading those obtained after kneading them to a thin film, and applying a heat treatment to the film.
