<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact ion concentration measuring apparatus that uses an ISFET, enables an ion-sensitive section to reliably adhere to irregular portions and a fine plane, and can reliably measure ion concentration at the portions. <P>SOLUTION: An ion measuring electrode 5 comprising the ISFET having a spherical or curved-surface-like fine ion-sensitive section 5A is provided at the lower section of a sensor body 2; a cylinder 10 is provided inside the sensor body 2 and above the ion measuring electrode 5; an inner pole 10A is formed on the outer surface 10a of the cylinder 10 and at the same time an inner liquid 11 is accommodated between the sensor body 2 and the cylinder 10; a liquid junction 12 is formed between the ion measuring electrode 5 and sensor body 2 for composing a reference electrode 13; and the ion measuring electrode 5 and reference electrode 13 are provided in one piece in the sensor body 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
