IRREGULAR PATTERN SHEET, REPRODUCTION PLATE OF IRREGULAR PATTERN AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate useless scrapping of a part in which a part transferring the joint of duplicate plates of an irregular pattern is not impressed. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method is provided with: a first filling process S2 for filling a groove A on the joint of a hologram plate 80A with an UV curing resin 84 of a groove filling part; a first curing process S3 for curing the UV curing resin 84, by pressing a light transmissive sheet 91 on the UV curing resin 84 filled by the first filling process S2; a second filling process S4 for filling the groove A with an UV curing resin 85 of a finished part; and a second curing process S5 for curing the UV curing resin 85, by pressing a hologram original plate sheet 94 on the UV curing resin 85 filled by the second filling process S4.
