摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable valve train and a controller for intake-air volume for conducting accurate adjustment of a valve-lift of an internal combustion engine and the like without depending on an axial movement of a control shaft. SOLUTION: A ratio of regions of a circular peripheral face 106a, with which a roller 52a is brought into contact, and a cam face 110a is changed by adjustment of the revolution phase position of an internal cam 102 around an axis Ar of a roller 52a by a valve-lift-adjusting electric motor. As a result, an amount of drive of the roller 52a by the cam face 110a is changed, and an valve-lift of intake valves 12a, 12b is made variable. Even though used in an internal combustion engine, adjusting accuracy of a valve lift is not decreased by temperature change, because the valve lift is adjusted by revolution, i.e., rotation.
