PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a posttreatment liquid which is excellent in the wettability of solder and also excellent in corrosion resistance even when inert flux free from chlorine is used, to provide a posttreated sheet which is obtained by applying the posttreatment liquid, and to provide a production method therefor. SOLUTION: A plated steel sheet is coated with a posttreatment liquid containing water based acrylic resin of 100 to 800 g/l, a rust preventive of 10 to 100 g/l, water soluble rosin of 50 to 600 g/l and water dispersible silica of 10 to 200 g/l as well, or a posttreatment liquid containing a water based uretane resin of 100 to 900 g/l, a rust preventive of 10 to 100 g/l and water dispersible silica of 10 to 400 g/l as well so as to be a dry film thickness of 0.05 to 10μm.
