PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain composite powder that when blended in a cosmetic, ameliorates skin unevenness and color deficiency, realizes natural finish, a cosmetic containing the same and to provide a method for producing the composite powder. SOLUTION: The composite powder comprises laminar substrate powder and, sticking in a protruding form on a surface of the substrate powder, barium sulfate particles.
