PURPOSE: A laser advertisement control apparatus and a laser advertisement apparatus and a method thereof using the same are provided to display various advertisements using a computer. CONSTITUTION: A laser controller(25) generates a control signal driving a color laser according to the first control signal. A vertical and horizontal synchronization controller(26) generates a control signal to control a motor(50) driving a galvano mirror(60) vertically or horizontally according to the second control signal. An input/output part(24) receives advertisement information data inputted from a computer(10). A memory(22,23) stores the above advertisement information data and a driving program. And a central processing unit(20) stores the advertisement information data into the memory according to the driving program of the memory, and generates the first and the second control signal to control the laser controller and the vertical and horizontal synchronization controller.
