PURPOSE: A circuit for driving a motor in an auto folder type portable phone is provided to control an over-voltage according to the change of an input power voltage. CONSTITUTION: In case that external control signals(MOT1,MOT2) are high, a transistor(Q14) is turned on by the external control signal(MOT1) and a transistor(Q13) is turned on by the external control signal(MOT2). Transistors(Q11,Q12) are turned off according as the transistors(Q13,Q14) are turned on. If the transistor(Q11) is turned off, transistors(Q5,Q6) are turned off. If the transistor(Q12) is turned off, transistors(Q7,Q8) are turned off. If the transistors(Q5-Q8) are turned off, transistors(Q1,Q2) are not operated and a motor(M) is in a stop state because a supply power of a battery is not supplied to the motor(M).
