<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the problem such that a poor knock operation is caused because a return spring is attached to an inner step part at a front end of a barrel in the state of being out of alignment or a bent state. <P>SOLUTION: In a push ballpoint pen, a ballpoint refill is housed into the barrel, which has a tip opening and integrally has a tapered tip part, from the back end of the barrel in the state of being urged backward by the coil- shaped return spring; a knock mechanism part is detachably arranged in the rear end hole of the barrel; a knock part is moved forward and backward so that the writing tip part of the ballpoint refill can be locked in the state of protruding from/receding into the end opening of the barrel; an end of an end turn part at a back end, which abuts on the ballpoint-refill side of the return spring, is provided by being deformed so as to appropriately protrude within the inside diameter of the return spring; and an end of an end turn part at a front end, which abuts on the side of the barrel, is provided by being deformed so as to appropriately protrude beyond the outside diameter of the return spring. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
