<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems as a cost increase due to additives and necessity for their removal after treatment, which occur when producing an injection molded body in a conventional method of employing a composition for injection molding containing the additives such as a surface active agent for a raw material, injection molding the composition, degreasing it, and sintering it. <P>SOLUTION: The composition for the injection molding contains a powder for sintering and a binder, wherein the binder is blended by 30-35 vol.% to the total composition, and the binder comprises a resin (A) of 40-55 vol.% for bonding powders and a resin (B) of 45-60 vol.% for imparting fluidity. When the composition is employed for the injection molding, a composition with high density can be made without using the additives like the surface active agent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
