<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resist resin composition having good elongation and bending resistance and excellent thermal shock resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The resist resin composition is obtained by blending a specific unsaturated group-containing polycarboxylic acid resin with a spherical powder, as an additive, having a multiple structure comprising an elastic spherical resin core and a vitreous or inorganic outermost layer and a monofunctional epoxy resin as essential components.
