PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a degradable resin that can easily be degraded by heating after curing and has excellent surface hardness, good storage stability, good adhesion for practical use and very excellent heat resistance, and a degradable resin composition comprising the same. SOLUTION: This degradable resin comprises a carboxylic acid metal salt and an isocyanate group, the ratio of which (COOM:NCO) is between 3:97 and 30:70, or a metal alkoxide and the isocyanate group, the ratio of which (OM:NCO) is between 3:97 and 30:70.
