PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly pull out a wrapping film regarding a housing case for the wrapping film. SOLUTION: The central shaft of a wrapping film roll 20 is housed in a shaft-receiving groove provided on both side walls 12C of a front box 12, and the wrapping film roll 20 is covered with a rear cover 16. The wrapping film 30 from the wrapping film roll 20 is pulled out by a required length portion from a gap between the front box 12 and the rear cover 16, and cut by a cutting blade 34 which is provided at the front upper end of the front box 12. On the upper wall 12D of the front box 12, retracting preventive discs 40 which are formed of a material having a favorable joining property with the wrapping film 20 are pasted.
