PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a deterioration in freshness of fish and shell in the course from a transporting to a selling. SOLUTION: A plurality of inner boxes 2, etc., are stored in a box main body 1 made of thermal insulating material while being substantially closely contacted with each other. Fish and shell F are stored in each of the inner boxes 2. Freezing ice pieces C are applied over the fish and shell. Bottom walls 21 of the inner boxes 2, etc., are formed in a mesh shape and the fish and shell F are prevented from being slipped, rubbed at the bottom walls 21 and damaged. Water having some freezing ice pieces C melted is discharged out of the mesh-like bottom walls 21 and further discharged out through water drain holes 13. In addition, the bottom walls 21 of the inner boxes 2, etc., are positioned higher than the bottom wall 11 of the box main body 1 by the ribs 23, so that even if a slight amount of water is left on the bottom wall 11 of the box main body 1, the fish and shell F are not exposed to the water and are not damaged.
