The network dimensioning method determines the admissable transmitter channels or connections for a cell service, so that the block limit for circuit mode and delay limit in packet mode can be found. Then the number of channel transmitters are considered for each service as a random variable, finding the accumulated distribution function at which a level (H) slightly less than 1 is reached, providing the required quality of service.
