PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing a functional processed meat product which has prevention and treatment effects on various kinds of adult diseases, as well as inhibition effect on cancers. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a functional processed meat product is characterized by adding white pepper 0.3%, all spice 0.05%, nutmeg 0.06%, paprika 0.06%, ruberythrinic acid complex salt 4.3-5.8% to one of pork meat 90% or more or fowl 75% or more, and mixing them.
