PURPOSE: Provided is a composition for enhancing immunity containing indigestible dextrin that inhibits obesity and atherosclerosis, and activates immune system. CONSTITUTION: A composition for enhancing immunity is characterized by containing indigestible dextrin that is derived from the starch. The composition is applied to foods, food additives or medicine, wherein the foods include confectionery, mayonnaise, beverage, dressing ice cream and the like.
